Nick Jerome is an international coach and facilitator, who has worked with clients across a wide variety of sectors for over 20 years. He is British and also regularly coaches and facilitates in French.

Nick has a warm and empathetic style of coaching and facilitation, building strong and productive relationships with his clients.  He enjoys working with leaders from organisations who have strong values around meaningful work, diversity, sustainability, and who develop creative and engaging products and solutions to the communities they serve. He believes that these are the organisations which will thrive in an ever-changing and unpredictable world.

Nick provides individual and group coaching and facilitation, leadership consultancy and training in all areas relating to management and communication. He is also an accomplished career coach.

 

As well as working with a variety of corporate clients, from SMEs to multinationals, Nick has also worked with third sector and public sector organisations. He also coaches and teaches Masters and MBA students at 4 business schools – Edhec, EM Strasbourg, Bedfordshire Business School and York Business School.

Nick is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and a member of the Association of Coaching. As well as a languages degree from Bristol University, he has an MBA from Keele University and an MA in Coaching from Warwick University. He also has a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Prior to setting up his own company, Nick had senior Sales and Marketing Manager positions in the Publishing and Management Consultancy industries. In 2020 he co-authored The Online Facilitators Guide, building on his experience of facilitating workshops using online platforms, and is currently writing his second book, aimed at new graduates in the workplace.

Nick is married and has two adult sons. He is based in London, and regularly works across Europe and beyond. He loves getting out of the city into the countryside, enjoys listening to a variety of music and watching movies. He is a big fan of cricket – and with a duel heritage of England and the West Indies, particularly enjoys games between these two sides. He is also developing his skills as an artist, having recently uncovered his talent for portrait drawing.
