Facilitation and Training

Nick is a skilled facilitator, who works with large and small groups across different sectors and at different levels of seniority. He prides himself on the warm and safe environment he creates in his groups, whether online or in person, which allow for dynamic communication and profound learning. He facilitates in-house sessions to meet different organisational needs, such as strategy clarification, values definition and team effectiveness. He is often asked to facilitate organisation away days.

In addition, Nick provides training in a broad range of areas relating to Leadership Development, Management and Communication Skills. He tailors his sessions to meet the needs and requirements of his clients, ensuring clear communication all the way with the project sponsor. He runs programmes ranging from half-day ‘bite-sized’ sessions to 18-month Leadership programmes.

Nick draws on his coaching experience as a facilitator to ensure that all sessions are engaging and deliver real growth and learning. Sessions are usually practical and experiential to ensure that participants can embed their learning in a concrete way.

Although most of Nick’s facilitation experience is delivered in person, he is increasingly delivering virtual sessions, typically over Zoom. He recently co-authored an e-book The Online Facilitators Guide.

Although mainly facilitating in English, Nick can also facilitate in French.
